Outside your cabin you’ll find an amazingly preserved 19th-century mining town hidden in a valley of the San Juan Mountains. Prepare to have your breath taken away by the moodiness of this dramatic mountainous landscape.
Inside you’ll discover a rustic interior of wood, animal skins, natural fabrics, and fantastic bathrooms featuring wooden or copper tubs. Open fireplaces are a common place as are incredible views from every window.
Within an easy walking distance of the cabins, there are 6 hot natural springs that range from 85°F to 106°F. You can enjoy them under the stars at the source or inside the 19th-century Bathhouse.
